BJT Partners · London
BJT Partners helps investors and management teams unlock value through sharper strategy, stronger execution and practical AI-enabled improvement.
We start with the value creation agenda, not the technology.
Value creation levers
BJT Partners looks across seven value creation levers when diagnosing where value is leaking, where management should focus, and what foundations need fixing first.
Not every project uses every lever. The right focus depends on the business context, the management agenda, the available data and the decisions investors and boards need to take.
The work remains bespoke and shaped around the value creation agenda, not forced through a fixed framework.
The output is a practical view of what to execute now, what to build next, what foundations need fixing first, and what should be parked.
Where the business is choosing to play, how it competes, and where management should focus to create value.
How the business grows revenue, sharpens proposition, improves pricing, strengthens sales execution and increases customer or client conversion.
How work actually gets done, where productivity leaks, and where execution can become faster, cleaner and more scalable.
How decisions are made, owned, tracked and escalated, so management can act with pace and control.
Whether the organisation, leadership, capability and behaviours are set up to deliver the plan.
Whether management has the systems, visibility, definitions, data discipline and tooling needed to improve performance.
Where AI can credibly improve speed, quality, productivity, cost, service, insight or control.
What we do
Each engagement is scoped tightly, led by a senior partner and built around the value creation agenda of the business.
A
Short, senior-led reviews that identify where value is leaking across workflows, teams, processes, systems and management routines.
B
Practical support to simplify work, reduce rework, remove friction, improve management visibility and increase team capacity.
C
Helping management teams improve sales execution, account discipline, proposition clarity, client development and conversion workflows.
D
Identifying practical, high-value AI use cases that can improve revenue, productivity, decision-making and operating efficiency - then helping teams move from ideas to credible implementation.
How we work
A deliberately different model from traditional strategy consulting and from AI vendors.

Who we work with
BJT Partners works with investors and management teams where there is a clear need to improve execution, productivity, growth discipline or operating leverage.
How we work
BJT Partners does not force a standard methodology onto every client. The work is designed around the value creation agenda and the practical decisions management needs to take.
Every assignment starts with the specific management, board or investor question. The work is then shaped around the business context, priority workflows, available data, leadership capacity and decisions that need to be made.
The aim is faster diagnosis, clearer decisions and better execution - not a standardised process applied regardless of context.
AI positioning
AI can be valuable where work is knowledge-heavy, communication-heavy or administratively repetitive. But poor workflow design, weak data discipline or unclear ownership cannot be fixed by tools alone.
These are examples, not a fixed menu. The right opportunities depend on the business model, workflow design, data readiness, governance requirements and where value is actually leaking.
Examples of where AI can credibly support include
A more efficient consulting model
Traditional consulting can be expensive because too much work is delivered through large teams and manual analysis.
BJT Partners uses senior-led judgement, focused scopes and AI-enabled delivery methods to reduce unnecessary cost, accelerate analysis and keep the work practical.
The aim is not bigger teams or longer projects. The aim is faster diagnosis, clearer decisions and better execution.
